From COBOL to Leadership

I started my career as a software developer writing COBOL, Assembler and Fortran programs on IBM mainframes.

More than three decades later, after a career that has taken me through development, support, consulting, infrastructure, commercial and international software leadership, I still enjoy sitting down and writing some code.

I like to keep my hand in.

Not because I need to be a developer today, but because I’ve found that staying connected to technology and problem-solving continues to influence the way I work with people, clients and businesses.
